To Apply
To enter,
please fill out an official application and make a
deposit of at least one half of the
$600 entry fee. See official Rules and Regulations below.
Your
nonrefundable $600.00
entry fee may be offset by getting sponsor contributions. A packet
of information will be sent to you upon receipt of your entry form and deposit.
This will secure your place in the pageant and allow you the first opportunity
to choose your preferred area title. You will be presented a banner bearing
that title that may be worn for appearances in the event you are not selected as
the State or National winner this year.
After entering the information requested
in the form below, please print it,
sign it, and mail it with a minimum $300.00
deposit to:
